Damien O’Farrell – General Manager
Damien O’Farrell is the General Manager of Principal Relocation Company. Damien has worked in the fields of relocation, immigration and language training for several years and has held several successful trainings on Marketing and Human Excellence for the European Relocation Association (EuRA). Damien oversees every aspect of the day-to-day activities of Principal Relocation Company to make sure that its service delivery is always topnotch. He personally interviews and trains every employee and local counselor and is actively involved in both the cross cultural and spouse & partner support programs that Principal Relocation Company provides.
The Team
We only employ individuals as Relocation & Immigration Associates that have a demonstrable experience in the fields of relocation, immigration, and customer care. In addition to this, it is vital for us as a company that our staff have experienced the relocation process themselves in order to be able to fully comprehend the challenges associated with an international relocation.
Our team is made up of dedicated professionals who are multi-lingual, extremely knowledgeable and above all focused on solutions. We are able to work with our clients in English, French, Spanish, Italian, & German.
We have a team of over one hundred experienced and qualified Local Counselors located throughout the destinations that we work in. These Local Counselors vary in ages and the most appropriate one is always assigned to the client based on their needs and requirements.
