Our Service Delivery

Relocation service Italy and MaltaPrincipal Relocation Company has at the core of its service delivery model the commitment to provide the highest quality, cost-effective, and most efficient service possible. Therefore, from the moment we open a relocation program, the following procedure will be carried out:

Step 1. Each transferee will be assigned their own personal Relocation & Immigration Associate who will follow each step of the relocation and immigration procedure form initiation to closure of the file. The associate will be in contact with the transferee on a daily basis and will act as an intermediary with third party suppliers.

Step 2. All face-to-face service will be carried out by one of our qualified and experienced Local Counselors. The Local Counselors are able to provide valuable and timely information regarding the local market in terms of services and other aspects of life related to expatriates.

Step 3. All the cities where we work have their own Resource Guide which is produced in-house by Principal Relocation Company and contains invaluable, vetted and up-to-date information regarding life in the new destination city.
