Finding A Home in Italy

After much deliberation, you have decided to come to live in Italy and now you would like to start looking for the house of your dreams. In order to understand how your home search will proceed, please take into account the following important points.
Pre-Screening: For people that come from countries where it is possible to pre-screen properties before a home search, please be advised that this service is not available in Italy.
Property Photos: Most of the time realtors and owners do not make any photos of the property available in advance. Therefore, it is very unlikely that we will be able to provide photos of any of the properties that will be listed in your home search program.
